Hi! I'm Sara Larsson and I believe in brave individuals - and brave organisations. I've spent over ten years developing myself and others, focusing on goal orientation, clear communication & personal development.

With ten plus years of working with strategy, product management, coaching and cultural transformation I have developed my own methodology (the OIS-framework) to map people and organisations to identify opportunities where you can excel.

I have found ways to bridge departmental gaps, foster collaboration and how to enable people to navigate forward with confidence and empathy. 

I have worked with C-level management within B2Bs, fintechs, and within the e-health sector. I am board certified by ecoDa and I believe I am uniquely equipped to take you and your organisation to new heights.
